Harmony Herbals Shipping and Refund Policies


~Orders are generally shipped out twice weekly on Tuesday and Friday morning (may be affected by holidays) via Firstclass Airmail through the Postal Service unless otherwise requested or agreed upon! In order to keep our shipping rates affordable we don’t offer package tracking as part of our normal flat rate shipping (does not apply to wholesale orders). If you require faster shipping or tracking please contact us at info@harmonyherbals.com. 

~From date of shipment the post estimates anywhere between 5-10 business days (**not including weekends or holidays**) for delivery, depending on the delivery address. This can be higher (14 business days or longer) for international orders.

~You will receive confirmation via email when your order has been placed, processed and completed. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive communication from us after you have placed your order.

~Harmony Herbals cannot be held responsible for individual country’s customs policies including delay or package seizure. Please check the laws, rules and regulations of customs in your country prior to ordering! Harmony Herbals cannot be held responsible for postal error or other errors after we have initiated shipment to the shipping address provided. Barring error on our part, Harmony Herbals cannot be held liable for lost packages, undelivered packages, or similar claims. Please email or call with any questions (contact information below)! In the event that your package is re-shipped by us, we will ask for a minimum $5 re-shipping fee to cover costs. Please note that a minimum of 30 business days must  pass in order for us to to consider re-shipping international orders.

Harmony Herbals has a general no refund policy.  Harmony Herbals prides itself on high integrity business practices and customer satisfaction.
