I just sent an order, how do I complete my payment?

We will be emailing you a secure payment link via PayPal or Interac E-transfer as soon as we view your order. Unfortunately credit card processors do not support the nature of some of our products which is why we have to take this extra step. We’re sorry for an inconvenience! Once you have your payment link it should only take 1-2 minutes to complete your order. 

 Can I have my Tracking #? 

In order to keep our shipping low we don’t offer package tracking with our flat rate shipping. All orders are sent via priority airmail through the post and are guaranteed to arrive safe and sound. If you require faster shipping or tracking please contact us at info@harmonyherbals.com. 

How long will my package take to arrive?

We strive to have orders processed within 1-3 business days depending on the amount of orders in the queue.

From there, the post estimates an average of 5-7 business days (**not including weekends or holidays**) for delivery. International orders make take additional time. Unfortunately this is something that we can’t predict as it depends on the speed of the post and customs clearance. 

Do you ship to my country? Are there any places you can’t ship?

Yes, we ship all over the world. That said, please inform yourself of the legalities of herbs and the customs regulations in your country. We unfortunately cannot be responsible for seized shipments. 

 We have never had any problems with shipping internationally. All orders have arrived safe and sound. However we cannot guarantee shipments to countries where the post is known to be unreliable, for example Mexico. Please make sure you have faith in your countries postal service and customs department because we cannot be responsible for undelivered items! That said, we have never had an item that didn’t arrive and we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.

How will my order be packaged?

All orders are wrapped nicely and are suitable for gifts. We ship in unmarked, kraft paper envelopes, claimed with customs (US or International only) as herbal teas and/or herbal extracts and essential oils.

    Hey sis, I have gotten all of my emails that I sent to you returned as “undeliverable, server problems.” I thought this may be the best next effort I can make to reach you. Please forgive the delay. Ok, so, we had family issues, and we are not entirely out of the woods. I wish to begin my payments at the end of each month. The first one will be June 30. Good thing I have a login and can reach out this way.

    There is some risk of addiction with the vaporising herbs?

      The herbs do not create a physical dependence, Carlos!
