There are many ways you can use Kratom. Below you’ll find a few kratom recipes, some information on what Kratom is and what it’s used for, as well as a link to buy kratom online!

In the same family as the Coffee Tree, Kratom has been used from time immemorial by the cultures of Southeast Asia. Lately it’s become one of the most popular natural highs on the market and is well loved for it’s effects, including it’s ability to invoke:

~Stimulation at lower doses
~Feelings of empathy/euphoria at higher doses
~Easing of pain and tension
~Increased energy/enjoyment of work and labor

Kratom has an opiate like effect which has made it popular for withdrawal from opiates, prescription pain medications and even street drugs. It is also very effective for pain management.

The traditional way to use Kratom was to make a “quid” of fresh leaves which was held in the cheek and allowed to dissolve through the lining of the mouth and into the bloodstream. This is definitely an option to try out!

How to make a Kratom quid:

~Soak 2g of dried leaves in warm water until soft.

~Roll into a ball or cylinder

~Place between your lower gums and your cheek

~Allow to sit in cheek for up to an hour

~Try and let your saliva sit in your mouth for a while before swallowing. Your saliva will contain the ingredients from the kratom and slowly dissolve through your mouth tissue and into your bloodstream.

Another way to use Kratom is by making a strong tea. Here’s the Kratom tea recipe.

~Place 5g of kratom leaves (Buy Kratom here!) in 1 cup of boiling water.

~Cover and simmer for 10 minutes

~Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes

~Strain, add honey and/or milk and drink. For best results extract as much liquid as possible from the used tea leaves.

I’ve found the absolute best way to use Kratom is to powder it and make it into a chai tea. It has an amazing taste, you ingest the whole plant, and it’s more cost effective.

Below is my recipe for Kratom Chai. (Or you can try my blend here!)

~15g Powdered Kratom leaves (use a coffee grinder)

~4g Ginger Powder

~4g Cinnamon Powder

~2g Star Anise Powder

~2g Cardamom Powder

~1g Cloves Powder

Measure and combine all of these into a bowl. Whisk together until you have a uniform and fine powder. You’re done!

Ready? Here’s how to make the tea once you have made your spice masala:

Quick method: Combine 1 teaspoon of the powder with boiling water. Stir very well. Add milk and honey if desired. I suggest swirling the cup once in a while as you indulge, as the sediment can sink to the bottom.

Traditional method: Bring equal parts water and milk to a boil, stir in 1 teaspoon of powder per cup. Reduce and simmer until the liquid is reduced by half, about 5 or 10 minutes. Stir in 1-2 teaspoons of honey per cup. Drink warm.

Hope this gives you lots of ideas on how to use Kratom.
