If you require faster shipping or tracking please contact us at email@example.com. This is usually an additional
How long will my package take to arrive?
We strive to have orders processed within 3 business days.
From there, the post estimates between 5-10 business days (**not including weekends or holidays**) for delivery. Except for international orders it is almost always on the lower end of the estimate, but it depends on the speed of the post.
Do you ship to Canada? Are there any places you can’t ship?
Yes, we ship all over the world. That said, please inform yourself of the legalities of herbs and the customs regulations in your country. We unfortunately cannot be responsible for seized shipments.
We have never had any problems with shipping internationally. All orders have arrived safe and sound. However we cannot guarantee shipments to countries where the post is known to be unreliable, for example Mexico. Please make sure you have faith in your countries postal service and customs department because we cannot be responsible for undelivered items! That said, we have never had an item that didn’t arrive and we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
How will my order be packaged?
All orders are wrapped nicely and are suitable for gifts. We ship in unmarked, kraft paper envelopes, claimed with customs (US or International only) as herbal teas and/or herbal extracts and essential oils.
How do I use the Teas?
Our teas are in loose leaf form, the most fresh and fragrant way to prepare herbal tea. You can purchase a mesh tea ball to steep the herbs in, or simply strain in a sieve when you pour.
I suggest 1-2 teaspoons per cup of just boiling water. For Blue Lotus or Damiana I would suggest about a tablespoon. Steep anywhere from 2-10 minutes depending on your desired strength. The stronger the tea, the stronger the effect of the herb. When you are done steeping (soaking), remove the tea ball or strain off the herb through a sieve.
How do I use the Tinctures?
Tinctures are liquid extracts made from soaking a herb or plant in a menstrum/solvent like alcohol to extract the medicinal/active components.
You can take tinctures straight in the mouth but they are strong and some people don’t like the taste. If you are one of these people you can add the tincture to water, juice, or any drink of your taste. You can also add to hot tea which will evaporate the alcohol but leave the extract in your tea. This is a great method for people that don’t want to consume alcohol.
Follow the dosage on the bottle. Do not take more than recommended, stay within the range!
